In exchange for a minimal fee, we provide the following services:

Fortnightly computation of employee pay, BIR & SSS withholdings, Medicare and Pag-ibig deductions, and other private deductions.

Payday preparation of bank direct payment instructions via diskette submissions.

Payday printing and issuance of pay slips.

Payday preparation of payroll register and monthly summaries for accounting.

Monthly preparation of SSS Form R-5 (Contributions Payment Return) for the company.

Quarterly (or monthly) preparation of SSS Form R-3 (Quarterly Collection List) listing all employees, contributions, SBR‘s and R-5‘s.

Monthly preparation of BIR Form 1601C (Monthly Remittance Return of Income Taxes Withheld) for the company for all payroll taxes withheld.

Annual preparation of BIR Form 1604 (Income Tax Withheld on Compensation, Expanded and Final Withholding Taxes or better known as Alpha List) for the company.

Annual preparation of BIR Form 2316 or W-2 (Certificate of Income Tax Withheld on Compensation) for each employee.
Terms and Conditions:

A minimum payment of Php7,500.00/month will be charged to any company with less than 100 employees, which covers only the payroll processing. Out of pocket expenses such as transportation, paper, envelopes, ink etc. are not included in the fee and will be charged to the client. Additional charge per employee is P30.00/month for bi-monthly processing.

For companies with multi-shifting schedules the charge per payroll processing is P10,000.00/month with less than 100 employees. Additional charge per employee is P35.00/month for bi-monthly processing.

A one-time service fee will also be charged for customizations of forms and reports as requested by the client. The fee will depend on the complexity of the forms and reports requested.

Data such as Time In & Time Out, deductions, overtime, absences, undertime will be sent to us in summary if the client does not have Timekeeping Device or the format generated by the existing device is not compatible with our payroll software. All data will be sent via e-mail four (4) days before the pay date.

Pay slips and reports will be delivered by courier or by our personnel two (2) days before the pay date.

Quit Claim, 13th Month Pay, other bonuses, and any other earnings which require another payroll process will be counted separately from the standard payroll processing.

This payroll outsourcing engagement will be performed for a minimum of one year.

One (1) Unit of Standalone Biometric Timekeeping Device (model S10U) will be included for FREE during the 1 year duration of the outsourcing service.
