Upon purchase of our software, you automatically receive 30 days of introductory phone, fax and email support. Simply Accounting also offers Support Notes and Tips sections which can give you answers to the most common questions received by our technical support technicians. Check them out whenever you have a question. It’s quick and it’s free.

Mustard Seed Tech Support Plan
Ongoing assistance is available through Mustard Seed Tech Support Plan. It includes unlimited priority telephone, fax, and email support for the duration of your subscription.

Current subscribers are also entitled to upgrades to new versions.
