The arbitrator shall be a person who is legally trained and who has experience in the information technology field in the Philippines and is independent of either party. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Site reserves the right to pursue the protection of intellectual property rights and confidential information through injunctive or other equitable relief through the courts.
TERMINATION
In addition to any other legal or equitable remedies, we may, without prior notice to you, immediately terminate the Terms and Conditions or revoke any or all of your rights granted under the Terms and Conditions. Shipping and Returns
Shipping
Mustard Seed Systems delivers for free within the city of its branches namely: Metro Manila, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, and Cagayan de Oro.
Mustard Seed Systems ships across the Philippines through the customer’s preferred courier agency with applicable shipping cost.
For on stock items you will receive your order within 2-5 business days upon finalizing the full payment. For order basis items orders are delivered within 30-45 business days.
Returns
For software products, return is not applicable.
For hardware products that are on stock and you wish to return your item(s), you have 10 days upon receiving the item(s) to return your order. Send the item back in its ORIGINAL packaging. Please contact Mustard Seed Systems's Customer Service to initiate the return.
Client will cover the shipping charges for the return item.
Once Quality Control has inspected the returned item(s), we will aim to process your return within 5 business days.

We will only process the order after we receive the copy of the payment slip together with the order # and the amount paid.
Mustard Seed Systems Philippines Cancellation Policy
We may cancel a purchase if the Product is not available for any reason. We will notify you if this is the case and return any payment that you have made.
We will usually refund any money received from the original mode of payment that you used.
Cancellation by Customer (Non-Faulty Product)
If you wish to cancel your order please contact our Customer Service Team by sending us an email at customerservice@mseedsystems.com or by calling us at (02) 5357333. Cancellation is not allowed for order basis items. Once an order has been dispatched it may not be cancelled.
Faulty Products
We warrant that:
· The Product will be delivered undamaged in the quantities ordered.
· The Product will conform to the manufacturer's latest published instructions as set out on the site or in our Product material at the time of your Order.
The Product is intended to be used strictly in accordance with the manufacturer's latest published instructions as set out on the Site or as on the Product itself. It is your responsibility to ensure that you use the Product strictly in accordance with those instructions.
Before delivery, we may make minor adjustments to material, color, weight, measurements, design and other features to the extent that they are reasonable.
We try very hard to deliver Products in excellent condition. However, if you tell us that the Product is faulty, you agree to keep the Product in its current condition available for us (or our agent) to inspect within a reasonable time.
In order to provide you with any remedies for a faulty Product, we may need your assistance and prompt provision of certain information regarding the Product, including:

· Been involved in any accident or damage caused by an incorrect attempt at modification or repair.

· Deteriorated through normal wear and tear, after delivery by us, we may at our discretion decide not to repair, replace or refund you for the Product and/or we may require you to pay all reasonable carriage costs and servicing costs at our current standard fees and costs and charge this to your credit or debit card, or the payment details that you provided to us when you made your Order, and, to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses as a result.
