Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Information Technology or any IT related course
  • With at least 1-2 years experience in software/hardware selling
  • Must be knowledgeable in negotiation, customer relations and marketing
  • Must show expertise in decision-making and problem-solving
  • Must have good communication skills and confident in presenting to a large audiencee
  • Cloud Storage and Infrastructure experience is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • To meet performance and key results given by immediate supervisor
  • Must be knowledgeable in cloud solutions and IT products
  • To tap new client’s leads, see or show how our hardware/software can be benefit for their company manages the account and convert leads to customers
  • This includes doing demonstrations and proof of concepts to a minimum number of clients each week
  • To handle all pre-sales related transactions until project has been delivered
  • To act as frontline in clients and maintaining good business relationship
  • This includes joining client meetings even after sales are made
  • To make sure customer payment to products/solution sold is processed and collected at the appropriate time
  • This includes actively pursuing follow up on the upgrade products
  • To regularly update management on the progress leads and prospects and get support from management and technical group in meeting customer requirements
  • To be able to turn business leads to new clients
